Exchange Policy

Exchange requests must be raised within 7 days from the date of delivery. Please note that exchange sizes are subject to availability. The products being exchanged must be unused, unwashed, and undamaged, with all original tags and packaging intact. Items without tags will not be accepted under any circumstances. Once the returned product is received and verified at our warehouse, the new exchange item will be dispatched. The exchange process is only valid if the returned item meets all the mentioned conditions.


Return Policy

We accept return requests only if they are raised within 7 days of the product’s delivery date. Products must be in unused, unwashed, and undamaged condition, returned in the original packaging with all tags intact. Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted for return.
All returns must be sent through self-shipping, and the customer is responsible for securely packing the item to avoid any damage in transit.
The refund process will take 4 to 7 days after receiving the product and passing the quality checks.


Self-Ship Instructions

Returns and exchanges must be self-shipped by the customer to our warehouse. The return package must clearly mention the Order ID and the registered mobile number on the outer cover. Please ensure the items are packed securely to avoid damage or loss during transit. Additionally, a copy of the courier docket slip must be emailed to us, which is necessary for processing the refund.

How to Raise a Return/Exchange Request

To raise a return or exchange request, email us at labelsmeetasacheti@gmail.com. Mention your Order ID, the reason for return/exchange, and include the courier docket slip for self-shipped returns. Once your request is approved, we will send a confirmation email. Without this confirmation, returns or exchanges will not be processed.


After Return Window Closes

Unfortunately, we will not be able to accept any return or exchange requests if they are raised after 7 days from the delivery date. We request all customers to adhere strictly to this timeline.


Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product, it must be reported to us within 24 hours of delivery. Please email a clear photograph of the damaged product to labelsmeetasacheti@gmail.com. If we are not notified within 24 hours, we will not be able to process the return or exchange.


Exchange for Higher Value Product

Yes, you may exchange your order for a product of higher value. The price difference must be paid by you before the exchange is processed.


Exchange for Lower Value Product

If you opt for a product of lesser value during the exchange, the balance amount will be refunded to your original mode of payment after the exchange is confirmed and the product is verified.
